Payment is due upon checking out. Payments are made through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal. Just follow the given instructions on the check out page.  You may also use an E-Check through Paypal.

NBL Creations Promo Codes are good for 30 days (if dated).

NBL Creations Promo Codes are good for ONE household only.

NBL Creations Promo Codes are voided after ONE use. 

NBL Creations Promo Codes - to redeem you MUST email NBL Creations with the promo code you receive. NBL Creations will then validate the promo code. Email NBL Creations with the list of items you would like to purchase from the online store. NBL Creations will then send an invoice through Paypal with your promo code and percentage off the entire purchase.

NBL Creations Promo Codes are NOT valid on "For the Human" or "Breast Cancer Awareness" items.  

Returns:
All items purchased from NBL Creations may be returned to our customer services.

Custom Made and Custom Made Canine Bandanna's Returns and Exchanges are based on a case by case basis. Please contact NBL Creations if a return or exchange is needs for these items.  

Return Procedures:

-Include the original Invoice. Indicate your return reason and contact information as well on the slip.
-Wrap item(s) securely.
Merchandise Conditions: All Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed in the same condition as received.
Returned Items: All returned orders will result in a 10% restocking, shipping charges are non refundable.

**Custom Made and Canine Bandanna's items

are exempt from the 10% restocking fee**

Non-Refundable: Ebay, Sale,  Etsy store items are final. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Follow the Return Procedures. (see above)
-Merchandise Conditions must be in the same condition as received.
-Please indicate the correct size on the original invoice from the package you received. The correct size will be shipped to you. You will NOT be charged additional shipping.

Store Credit:

-If in the event that you return an item(s) and want store credit, that can be arranged.  Once your returned item(s) is received by NBL Creations you will be issued your store credit. The amount of your store credit will be the total amount of your current/returned  purchase except shipping.

Must be registered member of NBL Creations to upload and post a photo.

May only vote ONCE on own picture. Others may vote on pictures and NOT be registered.
